Latest News

Things are really getting intense, aren't they? With The White Lotus heading towards its conclusion for season three, the series is beginning to unveil some shocking (and foreboding) scenes. We have seen the kiss between the siblings Saxon and Lochlan; the hotel’s new firearm has exchanged owners multiple times, and the relationship between Belinda and Greg is deteriorating quicker than anyone could exclaim, "Where’s Tanya?"

Throughout everything, we still haven't uncovered the identity of the body that Belinda’s son, Zion, spotted drifting by in the opening credits. This is classic White Lotus storytelling; we only learn the truth during the final moments. Yet, this doesn’t prevent us from making guesses since numerous individuals could potentially fit the bill.

Given multiple factors, certain individuals stand out as being more prone to this outcome than others. Here are our top predictions for those who may meet their end this year.

Belinda

We're already aware that her son Zion is safe—that's actually the sole individual who is, since he comes upon a corpse during the opening credits. However, what about Belinda herself? Her revelation to Greg about knowing his history with Tanya as a couple seems to have provoked his anger. Additionally, her online searches have turned up pictures of the yacht where Tanya met her end. Given that we recognize Greg as a threat and he has proposed paying her off under the table, it appears she doesn’t intend to accept this offer. Therefore, it stands to reason that he might target her to prevent her from speaking out.

Nevertheless, this appears rather evident. Besides, now that Belinda has passed away, who will take her role for season four when it inevitably gets approved?

Likelihood of death: 6/10

Tim Ratliff

Permanently stressed Tim continues to receive terrible news. Initially, his financial records come under scrutiny, followed by an FBI raid on his office and the freezing of his assets. He has even considered taking his own life and frequently passes out using his wife's medication rather than facing reality. Transitioning from this state directly into a murderous rampage isn't too farfetched, particularly considering his intense hallucinations where he winds up killing part of his family before attempting to take his own life. Although he does not presently possess a firearm, one might wonder how much that would truly deter someone in his situation. Writing such scenarios seems almost effortless.

Likelihood of death: 9/10

Victoria Ratliff

Eliminating her could deprive us of all those flawless quips, yet—could Victoria’s drawling speech cease indefinitely at the hands of her spouse? The fact that she avoids acknowledging Tim’s monetary difficulties hints at something troubling; so does her statement that living without wealth simply isn’t possible for her. Might Tim consider ending her life to stop her from discovering their abrupt shift in fortune? It very well may be within his thoughts.

Likelihood of death: 6/10

One of the children from the Ratliff family

There are many strange subtexts lurking beneath the surface concerning the Ratliff siblings. The most apparent instance is the heavily suggestive kiss between Saxon and Lochlan at the close of episode five. Additionally, Lochlan makes peculiar remarks to Piper about not having experienced sexual activity yet. Essentially, this situation feels like a time bomb ready to detonate with minimal provocation. Furthermore, Saxon tells his father that he amounts to nothing without his job at his father’s failing business, which adds an unsettling layer to the scenario. It raises concerns: could Saxon lose control when he learns the full extent of the truth? Absolutely, it’s within the realm of possibility.

Chance of demise: Lochlan might be facing danger – 7 out of 10

Greg

It would be wonderful if Greg passed away. This irritable, recluse pensioner has been roaming Thailand since inheriting Tanya’s fortune. With Belinda getting closer, his wealth appears at risk. While seeing him dramatically meet his end in the climax might seem fitting—Mike White typically doesn’t aim for such resolutions—it’s more probable that Greg will be the instigator of violence instead.

Likelihood of death: 5/10

Chloe

She has mentioned this several times – "Gary will murder me," she laments regarding her older partner Greg (also known as Gary) after admitting thoughts of infidelity cross her mind. Despite the straightforward dialogues, and him seemingly accepting her involvement with the Ratliff brothers, we understand that Greg is capable of lethal actions. Maybe something triggers an outburst from Greg, leading another unfortunate demise within The White Lotus series?

Likelihood of death: 7/10

Gaitok

Gaitok has had quite an ordeal. First, he was struck on the head, then faced threats of losing his job, and now he’s discovered that the firearm recently purchased by his boss to enhance security at the hotel has gone missing—Tim being the culprit from episode four. If Gaitok attempts to recover this weapon, it might lead to serious repercussions, but realistically speaking, such a demise would not provide much entertainment value. As a decent individual, Gaitok’s passing wouldn’t add humor or satire; instead, it would merely evoke sadness. Therefore, chances are high that we won’t see him around anymore.

Likelihood of death: 3/10

Rick

It's clear that Rick has embarked on what appears to be a suicidal endeavor. He journeyed to Thailand with the sole purpose of confronting the individual his mother claimed was responsible for his father's death. In Bangkok, he managed to acquire a firearm from someone there. Even though Rick chose not to go through with using it, it remains quite feasible that he could find himself targeted by this influential figure—a person who has openly confessed to eliminating those standing in their path—resulting in him potentially getting shot as punishment for brandishing a weapon against such a dominant force within the nation.

Likelihood of death: 8/10

Chelsea

Is it conceivable that the perpetually upbeat Chelsea might find herself at the receiving end of some accidental harm? While this isn’t out of the question, it doesn’t quite fit Mike White’s tendency to target his dramatic punishments towards more troubled characters. Typically, he reserves such fates for older individuals who have lost their grip on sanity or those deeply embroiled in moral decay within the setting of the White Lotus. Nonetheless, should Chelsea meet her demise, it could serve as the pinnacle of irony against Rick’s pursuit of justice.

Likelihood of death: 4/10

Jaclyn, Kate and Laurie

The atmosphere among Jaclyn, Kate, and Laurie has become increasingly poisonous—but make no mistake, none of them have committed murder; instead, they engage in nothing but betrayal. The most suspicious activity they've been involved in so far is associating with quite a few Russians, although some of these individuals certainly appeared intimidating. Perhaps Laurie becomes an unwitting target of the Russians as they attempt to conceal their involvement in the jewelry heist from way back in episode two? This seems like grasping at straws though: American drama doesn’t necessarily require fatalities. A tastier outcome would be if all three decide to go their separate ways and never cross paths again.

Likelihood of death: 2/10
